I current have a BS with a major in accounting. I’ve worked as a staff accountant for a couple years and have previous experience as an intern and clerk. I’ve also worked at my local hospital in different entry-level positions.

I’m beginning to realize I’m not happy with accounting and am thinking of getting an accelerated BSN to become an RN. Has anyone gone the same route or know of someone who did? My desire is to help people, not profit off misfortunes.

What are my chances in IT if I join HPE now? I heard they use mostly legacy tools and tools limited to HPE only. Does it affect my job search in future?

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

I’m in my 4th year at a small plaintiffs’ firm. Past two years I’ve received meager raises (5k) and terrible bonuses (3k). My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. As I’ve applied for other firms, I’ve been denied interviews based on how my boss is perceived in the community. I’ve gathered professional references from opposing attorneys and other attorneys we work with but still can’t land. Help

If I wanted to be petty, assuming I haven’t signed any NDA or fine print promising secrecy, could I share this information publicly without facing legal repercussions?

Obviously I know it’s ill advised and this is purely hypothetical, but just from a legal standpoint, would I get in trouble? Seems like an obvious way to get back at a company.

Tax Manager - what type of stuff can I exit to? I mostly has flow through entity experience and no income tax provision experience at a Top 15 firm. Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.
