I currently own two properties and both are rented out - one was a primary home, the second was a second home. Does this mean I can buy a new home as a primary now (i.e. the next property I buy to live in, can be a primary home loan), since effectively both of these are investment properties and I don't live or plan to live there anymore?

Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

We’re looking purchasing a single family property all cash at 110k that rents for $1100 a month. The last owner bought for 35k like 15 years ago 😩 but hoping buying and holding for a few years will give a equal or greater returns over the long run.

I am considering putting down an offer for a TH in a community that has Mello Roos. It gets added to the property tax. I am looking at paying an additional 5-6k for that.

Online videos say it’s all good because the money gets invested in building the community .
