Means that a baby can sleep anywhere at any time and not be awakened until they are ready. For example you think they are playing with their toes and then you are them sleeping amongst their toys. Babies will sleep through any noise if you get them customized to noise. Most parents will say “Shh baby’s sleeping”. Which programs the baby to sleep only when quiet instead of through noise. If baby falls asleep go about your normal stuff and baby will get used to background noise and not wake up
I thought it means someone who’s sleeping very deeply but babies just wake up at the lightly noise, so who invented this term? I wish my 6MO sleep like a baby
The term clearly means someone who turns into a walking zombie for a bit, then crashes out in an awkward spot, requiring someone else to nearly throw out their back lifting them into bed. At which point they wake up and ask for a glass of water and then take 45 minutes to go back to sleep
I like sleep like a log better.
It means you sleep for an hour then cry for two, then sleep again and repeat :)
Is it true that if you speak in lower tones pitchwise that it is less likely to wake the bebe
