I don't understand this. So many talented, experienced creatives relentlessly searching for work. Recruiters have limited answers, let alone jobs. And yet in-house recruiters throw out gigs on LinkedIn like chum in the water. The result? Hundreds of responses in a few hours. Agency recruiter will never respond to 3/4 of their DM's which is a shitty feeling. Nor does this tactic seem to be the best route for them to find the most qualified talent they seek. This is literally what recruiters do.

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
