On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most, how pissed would you be if you were a supervisor and you had a new direct report on your team with a higher salary than you? The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). Looking for opinions. I’m an IW with 2 yrs experience working from home at a Fortune 500 company w/ excellent benefits, target salary 75k. I was previously offered a job at another company where the 75k salary was guaranteed for the first year. Most people make much more than this once their comp fully ramps up, but, I would have to work in the office. I declined the offer, but now the CEO wants to meet with me several months later. An investment related query. I'm drawing 1 lac/month salary currently and serving notice period with lwd-26-Aug. So, do I need to show all the investment proofs that I declared here as it's only been 5 months in the fiscal year and PPF of 1 lac would make the 5 month salary (5 lacs) non-taxable, right? AT&T: HBO-MAX is probably top 3 stream platforms along with netflix and disney plus. Despite this AT&T trades at a super low multiple. Is this the next glow-up a la Disney this past month? I think so. They've already got an extensive library and have consistently over 20 years delivered the best shows on TV, period.
