I failed the coding interview but the HM liked my people skills and customer engagement. So the recruiter offered a second chance as Cloud Consultant I said yes, so I got scheduled 2 RRK interviews even though I had done already one, plus coding, plus leadership.
My background is an Data Quality Engineer or Integration QA Engineer, I had worked very close with TAMs but I haven’t done a consultant role as such. Any hits for the consultant interview? I’m not sure what to study 😭 Google

In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team. Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.

Instead, they have decided to pursue program manager or cloud consultant roles, which they feel might have a lower barrier to entry from an assessment standpoint. Not sure if the bowl agrees but would like to get your thoughts, thanks!

I have two referrals for a position that I’m trying to apply to, however only one of the employee referrals is showing “attached” to the application. I accepted both employee referrals and they both show under my google account, but for the specific job application (which hasn’t been submitted yet) that one referral just won’t show up!!

Received a verbal offer/commitment from the engineering team 3 weeks after my interview process. Still sitting and waiting (1.5 weeks) to have the conversation about compensation expectations and finalizing the offer. Is the Google hiring process typically this slow?
