I feel done with audit (7 yoe, 2 full yrs as manager). Multiple clients, tasks, delivers at a time, each with multiple steps and multiple points of contact.
I'm burnt out with the amount of items and people to keep up with.
What types of roles have you switched to that can alleviate some of this while maintaining pay and flexibility (either WFH, time off, or preferably both).
Are other client facing service lines better or should I be looking at industry?
