I feel I am not paid the same as others in my grade (analyst), but I am too embarrassed to ask my fellow analysts/AVPs for their salary, so I don't know how to find out. Any non-IB analysts/AVPs here?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle.
