I am currently in an IT internship position (making pretty solid money considering) and following this summer I will stay on part time during my senior year (discussing a full-time job offer after already). I’m getting my computer science degree, so I would like to do something more technical in the workplace when I graduate. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. He does not give me full information on assigned tasks and expects me to follow his order to the letter like in a military. When I ask him doubts he either scolds me or laughs at me like I am dumb. Because of this i am literally scared to talk to him. I am almost depressed because of this. I don't know if it is my fault and if mine how to improve myself.I am very sad bcoz of this

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch?
