I found that Advance Salary Adjustment is deducted from my salary for last month, but I have never opted for Advance salary ever,
Anyone knows on what all criterias does this cost cut, p.s - I was in notice period

So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance.
