I gave managerial round on 3rd dec and cleared as well , got an offer letter from cybage but that was revoked due to position on hold , gave 2 rounds in encora and waited for HR but hr called back and said position is on hold , why these things happenings ,I'm 4.8 years of experience in .net core web api c# sql azure 204 cleared , can anyone please suggest or guide???

I’m looking for a new job, working remotely, that doesn’t require a Bachelor’s. (I’m currently going back to school to get one, as I only have an Associate’s in Mathematics right now)
I had positions in private sector that allowed me to supplement having a degree with experience but not in public sector. I’ve seen coworkers get positions they aren’t able to do simply because they have a degree and then leave a mess for me to clean up but I’m not allowed to have the position. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to attend several interviews. My current CTC is <10LPA, therefore even if I switch jobs and am offered a package that is 40%–50% higher than my current CTC, my new income won't be much higher than 12LPA–13LPA. However, I am on the lookout for even better ones. So, if there is a negotiation, can I mention to HR that I already have an offer of at least 12 lpa and persuade them to give me more? Will this ruse succeed? Or will they demand to show an offer letter?
