I got a call from KPMG and interview was scheduled. The interview also took place, but they did not asked me to apply to any position or anything. They just told that this was the position. This will be the work, You’ll be doing. Is this strange because I have no way to track my application.

Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles.
