I got a contact that got me an interview with a global VC that has some specific interests in fields where I have lots of invaluable experience. I'm studying for an Engineering Masters and looking to consult there or work part time, so like a 20-25% job or a few weekly hours. I'm based in Tokyo now and salaries are lower compared to where me and the VC are from (same country).
Which salary standard should I aim for? There are so many variable's I don't know how to go about it.

Client filed appearance pro se, then plaintiff sent over a draft settlement agreement few weeks later which client didn’t sign. Client then got an attorney, filed answer, etc. Can this oral agreement be voided for coercion, indefinite mat’l term, etc?
