I got a salary match offer from my company(40% hike). Then I went back to the new company and asked for 30% more, they accepted it. My current company matched me that as well. Should I go and ask even more from the new company? If yes, till when this to and fro will continue? Any ideas?

Does anyone have family members who constantly demand money because they feel like you’re rich now because you’re a lawyer? I’ve always wanted to be in a position to help my family but we all live in the high COL city so my salary doesn’t carry me as far as it would elsewhere. I’ve given a detailed summary of all of my expenses yet every month one family member in particular comes to me for rent money (not some, the full amount, and they refuse to get a job). Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Now I saw the bill was generated after 2 months of usage. When enquired the customer care said since it's a postpaid plan and company keeps 1 month as security so you have to pay from 3rd month?
