So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. Hi friends. I have been offered Manager designation at EY GDS in Consulting. I have 9 years of credit risk experience in BFSI companies (apart from 3 years of pre-MBA experience in IT). I have no prior experience in consulting.

Is it a good decision to join this profile? What would be the day-to-day work of a manager be like?
