Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview.Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.

Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. You can work from another location currently. But we received an email stating from April onwards you have to report to your base location only. Any other DCs won't work.
You can sit in ODC but getting a project from that location only would be difficult na. Also, in every DC they have open space where ppl from other DC can also sit via seat booking.
Yes, it is possible. As long as the project is not restricted to a particular DC, and have a dedicated ODC space, you can work from any DC. In fact many of the projects have teams spread in multiple locations, that's common.
Yes, One of my colleague had project in HYD but he was in BBSR, he worked from there and then moved to Pune for his personal reasons while being in the same project and working with the same team.
How many rounds of interviews have you completed for this? And what is your tech stack?

To answer your original question no one in infosys been given the option to choose a project.. but most of the projects are worked from different locations.. rest is your luck if that project need you to be in Bangalore dc that is different.
