I got an offer from JP morgan in NYC for a 2 year rotational program. Base is 100k w/ 10k signing bonus.

I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month
So when I will get my variable pay of last year as my performance cycle is still not closed.

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

(For example, “ready when reached”). I’m open to doing this and this attorney is asking what my fee would be? PMI question: My home has appreciated by 20-30% in the last year (hot area), I've added about 5% to the home's value, and my LTV is 89%. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
