Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

When is it best to leave consulting? Here's how I think about it.
First, are you enjoying it? If so, why leave (it can be a great life long career)?
Second, are you still learning fast? If not, you're missing out.
Last, what skills do most employers value? In my experience, this dictates 2 optimal jumping off points:
(a) 2-3 years in. Consulting "tool kit" is solid
(b) ~1-2 year into Manager. Employers value experience managing people.

S&. By a mile too, considering exit opps, pay growth and career growth opps. Don't just look at current pay. Look at which company has room to pay you more.
If your “strategy arm” = S& then go with PwC option.
If your “strategy arm” = some other self made strategy team at PwC then there is comparison needed.
PS - Work Life Balance is amazing
Hah not in MC, and especially not under Sabrina's gaze
The strategy arm is busy, and the clients and projects are pretty diverse. There is some up or out, but it is definitely a good crowd. It's still possible to know everyone, but probably not for much longer. I have less WLB than some because I do a good job and people want me on their project. With that said, I feel comfortable taking time off.
Edit: strategy arm only. I know a bunch of the other capabilities, too, but there are a lot more of them than there are us.
What vertical/industry would you go to here? If it’s MC within strategy, some are in MUCH better shape than others at the moment
Also if it’s S&, all else the same I’d say go that route
S&. More capable leaders, more tools/assets to do your work, better pipeline of talent and people.
Thank you all for a great advice! I am taking S& offer !
