This needs to be reworded for clarity
My google work account was hacked and I reported it to my company and google immediately. unfortunately my company claimed they don't believe or assert that I intentionally caused the incident. However, they have to fire me because of the the incident raised serious concerns regarding account-security judgment, phishing awareness, and the level of caution.

Getting laid off for business reasons unrelated to a person's performance or actions is more common than ever, it's entirely likely that you don't get asked for any specifics. If it comes up be honest, don't try and evade responsibility, but also don't matyr yourself for the sake of accepting extreme responsibility. You were indeed a victim, and may pr may not have been able to prevent what happened. Share what you learned through the experience if the conversation allows, and then move on.
Thank you. I am the victim of the poor management and cyber attack.

Are you saying that a cyber attack fired you? Or that you were responsible for the success of the cyber attack (or the scapegoat) and therefore fired?
If the former, have you plead your case?
If the latter, only mention it if you're asked why you left the company, and explain that you were held responsible for the attack even though you took every precaution and followed the 2FA.

My company is very small( 40 people ). And there is no way to plead anything.
Dude, just say you were laid off, it's 2026

Sure, risk being found out for lying about why they left the company.
