I had a weird interview experience with McKinsey. I was quickly invited for the Solve game following resume screening, then invited to an interview with HR (although there were some delays before they confirmed the date) and they explained the whole process with the dates for upcoming interviews. I was about to reach out to people I knew at McKinsey to prepare and then I realized they all lost their job… Then HR rejected me a couple weeks later. Are they really hiring or is it just for show?

If a hiring manager wants to talk to you again that’s a good sign right? I’m just bracing myself for this offer😅
