I had to move to new country a couple of months ago…I feel so overwhelmed, and I have an exam next week for the country to accept me as a doctor working here. How do you stay focused on days like these? I mean I just graduated in 2022. It was easy before I’ll just skip a day in the university, but I’m a physician now and I can’t do that…can you please tell me how do u prepare for exams and important days as a physician when you are so overwhelmed?

Okay, so I have pretty bad cystic acne, clogged pores and enlarged pores. I’ve been using curology and a mild dermatologist recommended soap. I have seen some improvement, however I was curious if anyone was struggling with it and has tried the “Flo Vitamin gummy’s “ on top of my fertility struggle this really has kinda killed my confidence. My last therapist keeps coming up in my mind. I left her when I moved to a new area before COVID dug in and frankly it felt like leaving a girlfriend. She also disclosed in the final session that she was a member of AA and knew several of the people I occasionally discussed from the rooms. Her knowledge of the program certainly built trust with me early on, but it has been two years. I discussed it with my current therapist but she’s still in there. Any advice?
