I had very strange offer interview session with EPAM Anywhere . My ask was 50prcnt hike on current CTC as i have 10 YOE in testing that includes API, Database , Automation and Manual . But they offered me a package of 16.80 lac (.07% hike )with a designation of A3. Although I had applied for the lead functional tester role.

Not sure this is normal but I was completely shocked EPAM Anywhere

Any thoughts on this?
