I hate it when store managers decide they need more of something they ordered and they just expect me to have it on my truck, like I carry double quantities "just in case"

I feel you. It's as if they I have a magic pouch somewhere that stores more of their stuff on me. I hate when that happens

I know, they just want their store to be the best! LOL!

I was just talking about this with one of my colleagues. They call and complain to some times about not having "enough"

I've had someone once ask if they can take from someone else's order and we invoice them. How does that make sense

And they have the audacity to blame you. Well, it was you who ordered a lot "just in case". Lol

We are not magicians. Haha. Some of them are really, really hilarious

Ohh! Tell me about it! I try my best to explain that that is not how it works.

How does the pre-tax parking benefit work at kpmg? There isn't much detail on ssc or benefits connection but it seems like it is on the honor system vs a separate account like FSA?

My partner and I bought our home back in 2020. We got a good deal, low rate. But we want to move into a more spacious SFH. However, as we all know this market is crazy. Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. And it looks we need to sell the house simultaneously as look for a new one or our contingency isn’t as attractive. I know it’s based on personal circumstances. But what would you do? - not move, sell and buy?

What is the scoop on med mal defense vs. plaintiff work? Is defense more respected by other practice areas if I were to switch somewhere else later?

I applied to a position that brands itself as civil litigation and apparently the role is med mal defense. Not sure what to go by but would like to do a little research before I call them back.

Hi all,
Need some advice.
I got the highest offer from LnT worth 17, but I can try for some more comapnies and get higher offers.
But ,I also want to retain in capgemini if they match the package.
Should I stop interviews & approach my manager or should I wait for him to call me again ? He had already called once saying he would match the package.
Am I being too greedy if I ask for 18/19 to retain?Or should I just ask for 17 so that repport between me and my manager remains intact?

Additional Posts in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Welcoming any feed back on my resume. I have been applying to supply chain roles (primarily planning and procurement) since May and have not received any interviews. Would love to hear any recommendations on what is missing and/or what kind of roles I should steer toward based on my experience. Thanks and happy holidays!
