I hate my job. I have always been more inclined towards doing the creative things and I have quite vivid imagination power. Everyday that I go to office and do something I'm not interested in seems like a punishment and has started to depress me. I have been thinking about learning ui ux design and make career as a product designer but there are awful lot of courses and resources online which is a bit overwhelming. Any guidance from people with experience will be greatly appreciated.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

I’ve been in an in-house role since the beginning of the year and just gave 2 weeks’ notice to leave for a much better paying and better titled position. The response has been very petty, to the point that I’ve been called unprofessional even after I asked the hiring attorney whether I could give longer notice at the current company’s request. Is this normal?

I'm thinking about starting something, but I want to be well versed in entrepreneurship before I do. Any recommended resources (websites, podcasts, books, etc.)? Thanks!
