Do you have any job portals that you recommend? I've been looking thru LinkedIn, and most of the postings are for full time opportunities.
You can also try and search on "Contractor or Talent Exchange" for all the major firms/boutiques.
I’d be happy to connect with everyone here. I have a contractor network of about a dozen independent consultants on slack. We help each other out and refer projects that we can’t take on or aren’t a match for. I’m also working on creating a platform for independent consultants to get matched with oracle projects.

Yes, I’d say there is.
Yes plenty of opportunities. I’ve been independently contracting in the BI & Anlaytics space for 2 years now, and soon launching a proper consultancy. Fusion is getting rapidly adopted now it’s a much more mature product, and there’s always a big skill gap on the client side that the SI cannot always fill (most clients like redundancy anyway, rather than solely working with one SI for *all* their external expertise). Solution Architect is the number one role I see go to contractors as it’s difficult to amass the knowledge on how everything plugs together, most consultants have narrow expertise on individual areas, but not a broad expertise across the whole stack
Hey A1, can we connect? I’m considering going independent. I used to configure but have been doing program management related to fusion implementation the last few years. Would like to learn your consulting company.
Looking for remote contract opportunities too. Would love to connect with other contractors or recruiters
