I have 3.5 yrs experience in a support role. Since last July I’ve been preparing to switch to DevOps—learning Linux, shell scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Jenkins (CI/CD), and Ansible from scratch. I attended 3 interviews (IDFC, LTIMindtree, Bounteous Accolite) but couldn’t clear them.

Now I’m on a 90-day notice period and I just kept as immediate joiner in Naukri even then getting very few calls.

Feeling stuck and unsure if I’m on the right path moving from support to DevOps.

I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention.
