I've cleared 1st round of interview for RM post and uploaded all the necessary documents ( Salary slip, Relieving letter, Address proof etc) . My current CTC is 3.10. How much increament I will get as per industry standards and how much can I ask?

I’ve been working a Boston based commercial lender for about 9 months as a credit analyst since leaving my relationship manager/portfolio manager role in agricultural lending. I’ve been presented with a portfolio analyst role they have created for me (was told not to apply for a PM role) . The offer is for $100k, is this reasonable? I feel like I have leverage due to underwriting 48% of the volume we have booked by myself and my team is 7 other analysts.
