I have 6 years of experience and in SSE role. Now, I don't like the tech stack that I am into and cleared IJP interview which has cutting edge tech stack where I have worked on already. But, the designation is same SSE for that IJP also. Can I make a this horizontal move or do I need to negotiate with IJP HR to promote. If they say No, what call should I take in

I strongly believe new hire onboarding should not sit in the HR/People Operations space but should sit in the HR Coordinator/HR Generalist space. As a new hire, they should be able to have a confirmed point of contact especially during their first 90 days and People Ops should not be that point of contact unless there’s system or access issues.
