I have a 5 year old SaaS in the data space with $3m ARR. All organic growth from SEO, no paid ads. 100% bootstrapped. I have an army of 2 AE’s (it’s a talk to sales product afterall, we thought it was self serve & monthly subs for too long. So we switched to annual contracts) I’m looking for a VC/strategic acquirer to take over entirely (full exit) that can build a sales/marketing team and get it to the level it deserves. That sort of operation is not what I want to do with my life. Know anyone?

I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.
