Hey investors - question from the other side: when you’re looking to invest, what are the biggest components you look for?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but who do you all use for financial management/financial advisors? My stuff is getting a little complex with some real estate and retirement accounts.

How do you all make the decision of when to keep hodling or when to sell (or other strategies)? I’m definitely a believer of the bubble, but also think more money can be made...

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases. I always pay my balance in full each month and have never missed a payment, how is 8% credit utilization determined to be that big of a risk that my score got immediately wrecked, I don’t understand

I have a client who needs a 401k, or a solo retirement account w loan options. When I was at UBS/Ameriprise, it was no issue but now it seems tougher to find a firm that does solo 401k as a RIA's.

Why do there seem to be so many comparison threads of achieving XX salary/net worth by age Y?, especially amongst younger people? Is this the fallout of social media and do you think it’s a generation-wide thing, or just contained to folks in “preftigious” circles?

Feeling a lot of pressure to buy an apt as my partner and I are in mid 30s and see ourselves living here (Brooklyn) long term. Can’t get over the high prices, high fees and idea of sinking all of my money from the market into one asset.
