I feel you, but you stood up for yourself and that takes guts. As long as it was professionally written and well articulated, I don’t see the problem. Get it off your chest. And if he reacts badly, that’s on him and you’re better off knowing who you’re dealing with. Just my two cents, but almost anything is better than suffering in silence and letting things fester. Confrontation over slack or text is never as productive as a call or a hangout. It’s more of a dialogue that way, which typically leads to better long term results.
