Research the company and the people interviewing you if you know who is interviewing you. Practice interview questions with family members or yourself in front of a mirror. Most of all be yourself, be calm, and take deep breaths during the interview. Good luck you have this!
Recommend getting a propranolol script asap for interview anxiety. Was a life saver for me during my last job search.
You might want to use those few minutes before your interview to feel confident and focus on what you want to say. I know that it's common to be anxious about making mistakes that's why it's important to remember that mistakes happen.
I think it would help if you plan something for later. It's always nice to have something to look forward to. Plan something fun; maybe go for a drink with your friends.
Exercise, meditate, or do some yoga. Those are some of the great ways to release adrenaline. May I suggest that you also arrive early on the day of the interview so you could go for a short walk.
Change your perspective. Think of your interview as an exciting challenge. Instead of being nervous, think of it as a professional conversation.
Make it a point to smile. We tend to underestimate the power of smiling. It's the easiest task to tuning into a positive outlook. Smile!
Practice. You’ll get very comfortable talking about yourself and anticipate most questions. Definitely don’t take drugs/medicines etc like others are suggesting.
