Yes they do, via Care credit or Alphaeon. Never used either so hesitant.
The issue with the credit card idea is that I have to get a limit of at least $10k. I don't want to open multiple credit cards to get a high enough limit.

Do you mean HSA or HYSA? If your employer insurance allows HSAs, you could pay for it using pre-tax dollars, rather than post-tax dollars. But maybe it is too late if your procedure is already scheduled.
I don't necessarily think this is a bad idea, but why not just pay for it if you have the money? Then rebuild your cash position using the $765/mo that you would have paid on the credit card
