I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Come at it from an angle of wanting to understand why they are having those requests in the first place. Maybe they have a valid reason and maybe it’s them being overly cautious to hit deadlines since they’re also new. They might have a backlog of items they need to review. There could be a number of reasons why (valid or not) but approach the conversation from a perspective of wanting to better understand rather than defensive and accusatory.
Thanks, this is helpful. That’s 100% the case and I understand why they’re asking for it. I just don’t appreciate being given work last minute without any prior warning then deadlines that aren’t really deadlines. I was planning on asking if we could work on a plan together to allow us to prioritise and manage time appropriately. Hopefully that will be well received

In this environment, threaten to quit for a 50% raise if they don’t improve. If they refuse, quit for a 60% raise and keep it moving.
In all seriousness, you’ll have to discuss building up some trust with them that you’ll get the deliverable done, but emphasize you’d like deadlines a little closer to when they’ll be reviewed. I imagine if you come in humble and with examples of how you’ve never delivered late you should be good.

Without knowing more, the deadline for you is 9:00 am (as harsh as it is), not necessarily for that person to review it. So if they are reviewing it later in the day, it’s possible they have many other items on their plate requiring attention, and that your deliverable is queued up. SM/Directors are often working on many competing priorities as you probably already know, so I’m not sure if I see an issue here besides last minute requests that expect an overnight result. What he/she needs to do better is to plan more efficiently so that they aren’t setting you up for failure in a time time crunch scenario, and very likely also exposing a bad quality deliverable
