Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

I had an interview w/ the Hiring Manager at Boston Consulting Group for a position and it went so well that the HM said on the spot I was going to be moving onto the next round. Its been weeks since that interview & I've had to follow up w/ the recruiter 3x asking for an update. I mentioned interviewing elsewhere but prioritizing BCG. He finally responded to that saying he was going to debrief with the HM and get back to me but nothing... what gives?
Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have given the L1 on 7th May and that was cleared and L2 given on 14th May.
Got the mail from recruiter that cleared 2nd round and will get update soon for further process.
So in how many days I can expect for HR round and further process ?
Or they can ghost me ? Can it happen in Larsen & Toubro Infotech that after clearing both rounds they won't go forward for further process ?
Thanks

Highlight the quick promotions, for sure. Promoted to X title after 1 month because of ABC accomplishment.
I agree. Its not cocky to show off a little. You deserve to!
I feel like there is something I'm not doing in the application and interview process. I am unable to convince companies of my abilities, until they actually see it for themselves.
Which I'm lucky, that I've been able to be promoted. However, I feel that is time that could've been used to challenge me. My main goal is growth and gaining knowledge.
Regardless of the position I am in. I'm going to learn the company from the ground up, to ensure that I'm an empathetic leader and colleague.
Just put your experience and job history then discuss it with them during the interviews. You don't have to put everything in your resume the same thing as what you posted here. Just prove yourself during the interviews. If they find truth in everything you say and it matches your resume then you will have a very big chance to secure the position.
