I have a valid H-1B visa stamp that expires on October 1st, and my H-1B extension has been approved for another 3 years beyond that date. If I travel internationally on August 1st and plan to return to the U.S. on August 15th, can I re-enter using my current visa stamp along with the new I-797 approval notice, or will I need to obtain a new visa stamp before returning?
