I have an instructional design and eLearning background. I've done this for a long time. I want to move to the next level but I am struggling with finding what I want to do exactly since most of my experience is in creating eLearnings. What are some directions I could go from here, and what can I do to prepare for them?

How do you get into instructional design?

I have an open position for an Instructional Designer/LMS Admin and am trying to create an activity to complete, as an assessment of skills, abilities and time management. Has anyone had success with something like this and can recommend an assignment that would not be too invasive and time consuming, but still produce and accurate depiction of sill level?

How much ILT training content are you and your teams self-producing annually?

It would be most useful to hear total training hours produced. Would also be helpful to hear how many learners you serve and how many people are in your department, including any consultants that assist with content creation.
