I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

If you really want to explore onsite.. or if it's your aspiration to settle abroad.. Germany is very good country and has very strong labour laws and options.... You need to negotiate a blue card and later switch inside Germany to different companies... You need to learn and pass German exams as well... Indian companies always pay very less as well already know....
If that's not ur cup or tea... You can aim for higher salary in india itself... I would say... 35LPA...
Thanks for your insight. Yes blue card and switching is an option .I have an onsite aspiration so sometimes the India salary of 35 LPA was also not appealing. What does a good salary in Germany look like? I know Berlin startups pay good. I am willing to learn then language. Already working with European clients. But if I want to switch with well established companies and not startups in Germany , how much do they usually pay?
I have a friend who recently joined sky and relocated there.... he is getting around 90K euro for 10 YOE.... Your experience you can target in that 90-110k range as well...

Usually there won't be any negotiation. But I think they will pay you around 70k sans blue card. With blue card may be 85k. Take home will be same but taxes will differ. It is std pay in Germany. Mindtree may pay less.

That party won't last too long. Many roles will be filled with the freshers and over paid guys will be on the block very soon. You see many cases of frustration and depression already. Companies are trying to make then do 2 jobs already. Same happened in my team also anyway.
70 kish. What is your Indian salary?
Go for Germany, u can later switch there
