I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 14 years of experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany . My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? Hey folks does Mindtree send any rejection mail? I was interviewed for the role Technical Lead and cleared the technical round and Managerial round also went well. It almost 2 weeks now and no response from the HR.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
