I have an offer from Bain Capability Network as an associate 3 in Retail CoE and from Accenture AI as Data science analyst for their marketing analytics team. The fixed component is same but variable at Accenture is more plus they are giving 1.5 lacs of joining bonus. I am more inclined towards consulting and bain, which one should i join. Whats the average CTC in bain at 4.5 years of experience. Any fishes to help?
