I have an offer from Infosys at 25 LPA (including ~15% variable) and another from KPMG at 30 LPA fixed + 10% variable.
I prefer joining Infosys but the compensation difference is significant.
Does Infosys usually revise offers based on a higher counter offer, especially from Big 4 firms?
Any real experiences or advice would be helpful.
