I have attended and cleared interviews and shared my documents qnd had salary discussion with 3 MNC's ( LT Mindtree, T systems, Wipro) in December first week.
I haven't received offer letters from any one the organization's yet. I tried following up with HRs and they are staying that offer letters are in process. Is it delay is due to the year end closing?
