I have attended interview with Capgemini and after the interview I recieved mail to(pre bgv before hr discussion) share uan card, service history, resume, hike letter and pf passbook and same day hr called and asked me share those details it's been 5days I didn't here anything from there side,

Any chances they rejected me after this or this is normal process??

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I have just interviewed for a position closer to home and a base salary of 65k, but haven’t heard back from them in about 2 days (He said he would make a decision by yesterday and I’ve reached out).
I have to decide on the first offer by Thursday but I haven’t heard back from the second yet. Thoughts on next move?

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more.
