I have been a trauma physician for about 7 years. I am comletely burnt out. I have zero motivstion to do anything. I am depressed and just dont think i can keep going anymore. I burrowed money with high interest and lost all in stock market. I cant quit or slow down my job because i will default on my payments. I am 40 years old and feel like a complete failure.
