I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

lol yup. My first job out of undergrad in early 2023 was a boutique firm in the northern suburbs. Very poor experience overall
Despite my experience I feel undervalued, I also feel disrespected and super concerned that I'm not going to find a job. My commute downtown was 3 hours. I did that for almost a year. My only other option it seems is to change industries entirely which will be very costly or move closer to Chicago which again will be very costly. I can't believe the level of unprofessional behavior I have witnessed
Aim for mid level firm or corporate. Boutique law firms are usually a nightmare due to being spread thin AF.
If it meant not having to work for an Ahole for a lawyer, which most of them are, I would do it. Unfortunately most of them are.
I know the commute is hard, but as someone who also lives in the Chicagoland area, I have only found the more reputable law firms to be in the city. I’m not saying you won’t be able to find one in the burbs, but I feel like it’s a needle in the haystack. Keep plugging away and hopefully you’ll find some thing but at least you’ll be able to return to the city if all else fails.
