I have been searching for a full time job for almost a year but due to having a minor criminal background from last year it’s making it difficult for me to find work.
I have been paying my court fine each month for the last 16 months but I have now found out that unit the fine is paid in Full that it will still show on my criminal record check even though it’s now been over 12 months since the conviction.
Very frustrating and disappointing.
Any ideas about how to fix this?
