One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. Now, manager is asking me for retention of 7LPA along with 50K bonus and he is convincing me with working with cutting edge tech in DevOps. Its my first switch and with small luck i got my fitst offer from accenture with 49% hike whick is not fine by me but had to accept it as i was not getting any call then. After putting my papers i got 3 more offers similar pay.last week my accen hr discussed with me that she will revise offer and i said i will need time as she was offering me less fixed and more JB . Now she release offer with less that what mentioned in call.
