Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

I would suggest taking a career skills test. That way you're able, to see what areas your strengths, and abilities, have a higher performance.
Same here... I wasn't a dishwasher like I am now, and you seem to be a barista so front of house is also what I used to do. A lot of answering phones, directly communicating with customers, etc. Those skills should already be a big help while transitioning. I worked for a small furniture company a couple summers ago (turned out to be partially sales) but got laid off due to said company not really doing too well to begin with. There are places out there, you just need to go for it without thinking too much!
So I hate to break it to you, but nearly every entry level job that you get, without experience, is going to involve answering phones. To be completely honest, that’s the best way to learn about a new industry; helping others solve their problems. Let me give you an example…..you’re a barista now….saying you don’t want to answer phones is like saying you don’t want to make coffee but you want to be a barista….it doesn’t work that way. How else would you expect to learn about a new industry without starting at the beginning and at the bottom? If you work in an office, how else would you communicate with your customers? Saying you want to work in an office, but also don’t want to be on the phone isn’t extremely immature point of view that no employer is going to want. You should be saying I’m ready to do whatever it takes to be successful at this job, even if that includes answering phones.
Also asking the same question, I’ve progressed through hospitality but now looking for more office based work like recruitment consultant but it feels impossible to get in.
Anytime you decide to make a pivot, it's going to come with a good amount of introspection and self-appraisal. I would also recommend taking a skills test. I would also advise using an AI app to scan your resume with the instructions that you're looking to make a change and ask for some advice on how your skills can translate to a new and more engaging position.
If I were you, I would ask myself,"What gets me out of bed everyday?" That could very well lead you in a direction you hadn't thought of before
