I have completed the interview process and they asked me to wait for the offer letter. Its been more than 3 weeks since the negotiation round. I followed up with the HR and they are telling me offer letter will be released soon but the onboarding is for the next year!?.. I want to understand does IBM usually do this or are they not going to release the offer letter? I am worried about this as even after a offer letter is released they can revoke before onboard.anyone know about process IBM
