Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hi! I typically will send my follow up email to the hm directly to the recruiter or person that setup the phone interview and ask them to pass it along, if the full name was omitted (which was likely intentional). It actually shows initiative and has worked well for me. Good luck!
Thank you!! I didn’t think of this!!
Absolutely verify their contact information at the end of the interview after you have asked them your typical questions at the end of an interview. Make sure you send thank you notes to everyone there was there a part of the interview.
I agree with reaching out to the recruiter for it. Not only is it not awkward asking at the end of an interview but gives more visibility that you’re actively making an effort in the interview process.
I'm not sure where you are all getting this from, but, please, do not reach out directly to interviewers! There is a reason you don't have their contact and I'd honestly find it creepy if I get any email from an interviewee..
For any big tech, make sure to have a question or two for the interviewer about their work or the team's culture. You can ask them at the end of the interview and thank them for their time then.
Why would it be creepy to ask the person you talking to for their contact information? Also it’s polite.
Ohh if they ask me during the interview, I will just find it weird and say no. If they somehow track me on LinkedIn and send me a message, yes, I'd find that borderline creepy.
In any case, the interview process in big tech is fairly well structured and remove as much bias as possible. Thus, sending or not sending a thank you note will not help you.
You should ask the recruiter directly. It will just show that you are genuinely happy and thankful. Good luck.
